I'm an organisational consultant, facilitator and coach.

 

Following an initial consulting career I embarked upon a PhD looking at change and leadership in start-ups and early stage firms. After ten years at one of the most successful UK tech firms, Arm, working across learning and development, strategic talent management and organisation development, I started working as an independent consultant.

My focus is on working alongside bright and interesting organisations to help them achieve clarity and effectiveness at an organisational, team and individual level.

From the agile start-up to the large corporate, the shared need for an understanding of the real issues, the business imperative and the pragmatic solutions are paramount.

As a coach, I continue to invest in my professional development within the ICF as well as undertaking frequent supervision.
